Having a birthday on February 29th wouldn't actually be too bad. I mean, aside from people making those occasional jokes about it, and you having to celebrate a day early or late, it would be an otherwise decent time of the year for a birthday.
My real sympathy is for those whose birthday is right next to Christmas. Or, worst of all, on Christmas day. Those poor brave souls.
